Instrumental in establishment a MUNICIPAL CORPORATION in Gurgaon.
   
Sanctioned a SIX LANE HIGHWAY between Gurgaon and Jaipur on National Highway No.8.
   
Changed the REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE for South Haryana from Chandigarh to DELHI when he was Minister of State for External Affairs.
   
Helped resolve the differences between various administrative authorities IN GURGAON so that REPAIR WORK OF ROADS AND SEWERS (pending since 3 years) could be undertaken.
   
He has been instrumental in getting Gurgaon, Rewari, Mewat and Mohindergarh districts of Haryana included in the alignment of the Western Dedicated Rail Freight Corridor at a total cost of Rs. 11446 crores and covering a distance of 1459 Kms.
   
Converting of the two lane road from Gurgaon to Alwar via Nuh into a SIX LANE HIGHWAY.
   
Converted the Meter Gauge Line to a Broad Gauge Line from Rewari to Ringas-Fulera-Ajmer as well as from Rewari to Sadulpur-Hisar.
   
Converted the Meter Gauge Line from Garhi-harsaru to Farruknagar into a Broad Gauge Line.
   
The Metro line in Gurgaon will be readt for use by the end of 2009. The line will be further extended to include Manesar by 2011 and Rewari by 2015.
   
Sanctioned and built many Railway Over Bridges (ROBs) in Mohindergarh district. They are:-
   
 At Rewari-Mohindergarh-Luhari Railway Line, Narnaul Dadri Road, Mohindergarh     (cost Rs. 16 crores).
   
 At Farruknagar-Jhajjar Road, Gurgaon (cost Rs 20 crores).
   
 At Haily Mandi-Kulana Road, Haily Mandi, distt Gurgaon (cost Rs. 18 crores).
   
 At Daulatabad Dharampur Road, Gurgaon (cost Rs. 20 crores).
   
 At Qutubpur, Narnaul Road, Rewari (cost Rs. 16.40 crores).
   
 At Delhi Jaipur Rail Line, Rewari (cost Rs. 22 crores).
   
 At Bhatinda Railway Line in Kosli,distt Rewari (cost Rs. 22 crores).
